How long does it take to manufacture after I’ve ordered?

Manufacturing takes 2 to 3 weeks, depending on how busy our factory is. We recommend finalising all the details of your order 4 weeks before the unveiling date. Please note that we cannot do manufacturing until full payment has been made for your order.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept EFT bank transfers.

Can I buy on lay-by or pay instalments?

Yes, we accept lay-by or payment by instalments. Contact us and we can discuss the terms. We will make the tombstone when your last instalment has been paid.

How do your prices work?

We know that you want the best for honouring your loved one, so there are many options available to you.

If you are ordering from our Catalogue the following will apply:

If you would like to add additional extras to the memorial, like an engraved photo of your loved one or a permanent flowerpot (see Design and Extra Options), go to the Last page in our Catalogue.

If you would like any changes from the standard options offered in our Catalogue, please contact us to discuss your wishes so that we can provide you with a quotation.

DESIGN AND EXTRA OPTIONS

Can you manufacture my own design on the tombstone I’ve chosen?

Yes, you are welcome to give us your own design. Please contact us to discuss your ideas so that we can work out a quotation. To make things easy we prefer to mix and match from our Catalogue but feel free to send us your design.

Is it possible to engrave writing of more than 120 letters?

Yes, you are welcome to add writing of more than 120 letters. There will be a minimal extra charge per letter. Please contact us for a quotation.

What are your standard extra options?

We offer the following as standard extra options:

Kerb and Stone Chips: The grave will be covered with white stone chips in a granite kerb frame. We first lay a cement base underneath the stone chips to protect the memorial.

Kerb and Granite Ledger: The grave will be covered with a solid granite slab inside a granite kerb frame. • Photo – Sandblasted: A photo of your loved one, or something they loved, is sandblasted into the granite. Maximum included size is A4 (210mm × 297mm).

Photo – Colour Porcelain: A photo of your loved one, or something they loved, is added to the design in colour porcelain. The photo can be an oval or rectangle. Maximum included size is 150mm x 110mm.

Motif: A picture or decorative motif is sandblasted into the granite. Maximum included size is A4 (210mm × 297mm). You can either choose an existing motif from our catalogue as a cheaper option or supply us with the picture you want to be added to the design.

Flower Pot – Sunken: A flower pot will be bored into the memorial for holding flowers. This option is practical because it cannot be vandalised.

Flower Pot – Black Square: A permanent square granite flower pot will be added to the memorial for holding flowers.

Flower Pot – Marble: A permanent round marble flower pot will be added to the memorial for holding flowers.

Can I replace an included picture if I don’t like it?

Yes. If an item says that an engraved picture is included (e.g. a dove), but you would prefer something else (e.g. a rose), you can choose a replacement from our standard pictures of the same size or choose to leave it out.

There will be an additional charge for adding your own picture that is not from our standard collection. Contact us to discuss your wishes.

Can I choose the type of granite used for the tombstone?

The tombstones in our catalogue are made from good quality Rustenburg Black Granite. Some are made from beautiful African Red Granite etc.

We can also manufacture your tombstone from black Zimbabwe Granite.

Please contact us for a quotation if you would prefer your tombstone to be manufactured in a colour/type that is different from the catalogue.

What is the size of your tombstones?

Each cemetery/graveyard has a standard for the size of the tombstones or memorial they allow to be erected.

We can tell you the size that will be manufactured once we know where you want the tombstone to be installed.
